Feature: Stop executing script when hitting cancel (esc)

I run a script against 2K instances but sometimes I want to cancel the script because I forgot to add a syntax. When I hit cancel (esc) the T-sql does not run against the sql instance but it still goes down each list of instances instead of terminating right then. I have to wait till it is done going through the list of 2k instance to use it. The Cancel (esc) button should immediately terminate multi-script.

    Hi

Thank you for your forum post and sorry that you have encountered a problem.

I believe this to be a bug in our application and therefore submitted a Bug Report for the development to consider. The Bug Report reference is SE-613.

Sorry, I do not have available further details of when a bug fix will become available. I will request that the Redgate Product Manager for SQL Multi Script review the Bug Report submitted.

    Many Thanks
