SQL Compare Sync without deleting Objects

Is there a way to have SLQ Compare Sync databases without deleting objects from the command line. Mainly the the tables, views and procs. I would still like to alter it if there.

    I'm not entirely sure I'm understanding what you're trying to achieve, so if you can elaborate a bit on your goals, I'm happy to go into more detail on how to use the command line to achieve those goals.
