Missing Red Gate menu from SSMS 2012

Hi,
I deleted my Red Gate menu from SSMS 2012 and there seems to be no way to restore this.
I did this after SSMS said my SQL Search button was no longer valid after an upgrade to version 2.0.
I have tried reinstalling SQL Search a couple of times, but the menu does not return. Cleaning the registry using CCleaner also does not make a difference.
Is there any way to manually restore this menu and shortcut to SQL Search?
If you require any more details, I'll gladly provide these to you.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Karel

Could you try reparing the SSMS Integration Pack Framework - the steps to follow are here: http://documentation.red-gate.com/display/SS2/Using+SQL+Search+in+a+new+version+of+SQL+Server+Management+Studio
Please let me know if that does not solve the problem.
Thanks
Adam
I have tried repairing and uninstalling/reinstalling the SSMS Integration Pack Framework but this makes no difference.
Actually, I was unable to uninstall the SSMS Integration Pack at all, even from Safe Mode.
I'm using Windows 8 with Management Studio 2012.
Is there anything else I can try?
Regards,
Karel
I'm going to send you a PM, so we can try to sort this out over email.
