Incorrect Message based on Access Level

When logging into Deployment Manager and no Projects have been created yet, users without access to create projects are presented with the message "Next, you'll need to create a project on the Dashboard tab.

    Thanks very much for reporting this issue. I've raised it in our internal tracking tool - reference RGD-1096.

    I believe this is a transient issue - when you have added a single project, restricted users will not see the message. Also, the product will not actually allow restricted users to create projects, so although the message is misleading it is not a security problem. However, it is incorrect - so we'll look into getting that fixed soon.

    We're currently experimenting with a prototype to make the dashboard auto-refresh so that it's always up-to-date.

    I'll fix the messaging in the prototype branch, and my current best guess is that it'll be released Wednesday 19th March.
