make alerts depend on time of day

Is it possible to raise alerts depending on what time of day it is ? For example queries taking 20 minutes in the night during ETL in our Datawarehouse are considered normal here, but are "extremly" long running queries" when executed during the working hours.

Unfortunately, this is not supported. We have a similar feature request here. May be you can vote here or raise a new feature request.
