Outstanding changes to be checked in

Hello,
I'd like to set up a nightly process that will remind our Devs to check in their changes.
Is there a way to see outstanding changes that haven't been checked in yet without using the GUI; maybe through the XML files or something?
I don't see a way to use SVN commands to do it since SSC doesn't seem to queue up pending changes with an Add.
