Nothing listed in "Tables & Views"

I am trying to compare the data for two databases with different but similar schemas. When I click on any of the tabs ('Tables & Views' or 'Object Mapping') I see the progress indicator doing something but when it goes away there are no tables listed any any of the pages.

Note that I am trying to compare a local database to a sql azure database.

Any ideas?
