The Backup definitely ended successfully or I'd be in deep trouble.
Seems that when SQL Monitor has an "Unknown" blocker, it can't determine when the Alert should be "Ended".
The problem is that every Blocked Process alert I have is still "Active". I had one that started this issue over four days ago.
How do I get back to normal - i.e. show "Ended", please?

Thanks for reporting this issue.
We are tracking this as SRP-5034. Restarting the SQL Server service should end these alerts. But if this is not possible, then you can clear them. There is no manual way to force an alert to end.
