    I too have noticed that SQL Prompt 5.1 is very slow with larger batches, is there something that we can try other than shortening how much code it looks at?
  • That sort of slowdown seems extreme. Would one of you share your SQL batch with us? It's possible there's a particular construct SQL Prompt doesn't cope with very well, like we found with CTEs in version 5.0.

  • The subject line says it all. I think I've got the latest version, and for instance I can type ahead a short select statement, and 30-seconds later or longer it appears. It didn't used to be that way, even on the exact same database. Maybe since our upgrade to R2? We have no non-R2 servers left to test this on.
