Configure Emailing alerts

Is it possible to configure the alerts to only send an email when it has reached the Status high? Certain alerts is interesting to see in the dashboard but they are not so important that I would like to have an email sent.
(And it would save much time if the email could provide more details in the mail, I'm not always connected to the office so that I can investigate the alerts)

Sorry but sending the email when alerts are high is currently not supported. I have raised this enhancement request as SRP-1993.
Regarding email, what details are you looking for? We have made some minor changes to the email for 2.1 release i.e. (local) will be replaced by actual hostname, time will be displayed in base monitor local time etc.
