Is there any way to exclude data type differences when 2 databases are compared?
Unfortunately the answer is no, you cannot filter database objects or exclude data types prior to the comparison.
As SQL Compare is designed to inform on the differences between database objects located in each data source, is there any particular reason why you wish to exclude data types from the comparison?
