Replication constraints and filters

Hi,
We are using SQL compare on different MSSQL 2005/2008 databases without any major problems until we started using merge replication on one of our production environment (MSSQL 2008).
We have set up the comparison to ignore replication triggers and this works fine in the compare results. Because we use identity columns with not for replication there are constrains added to reserve identity ranges, we would like to ignore those constrains in the comparison but there is no option for it and you can't filter constrains.
Am I missing something or isn't it possible to ignore those constrains during comparison and keep them during synchronization?
