Restoring backup files to a new/different server

We just purchased SQL Backup and I am trying to restore a database backup from one server to another. The backup was created on ServerA using SQL Backup, but when I attempt to retore it on ServerB using the GUI, it states that the server does not know anything abount the file.

Can this only be done using CL utility or am I missing something?

    This ended up being a self-inflicted issue.

    The disk that the backups were on were on a SAN. The disk was presented to the server as read-only. Once we changed that, I was able to read the backup file on the new server.
