This morning our Redgate Services shutdown unexpectedly. What could be the cause of this?

    I sent you a PM requesting the SQL Backup logfile from the failed job. I also requested details of your operating environment (OS, SPs, SQL Server version(s) and exact build of SQL Backup (Help>About)).
