Outlook on Client "Freezes" when flagging for followup
We're running Exchange 2003. I have 1 user running Exchange Server Archiver 1.0. His Outlook session keeps "Freezing" as he flags mail for follow up. This only started happening after the RedGate archiver was installed.
Looking at the archive server, I see the following error appearing intermittently, I'm wondering if there is a connection.
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Mail doesn't exist for given guid.
I've restarted the archive and index services for now, and will keep an eye on it.
Any suggestions or help is appreciated.
