Feature request: Long running packages

Hi,

This was a feature I liked in a competing product, and is very useful if you make extensive use of the SQL Server Agent's Job Scheduling in SQL.

Basically, a baseline of execution time required per package is stored and if the package execution time at a later stage exceeds this baseline, an alert is logged.

Would it be possible to add this feature to SQL Response?

    Hmmm, seems I'm not observant enough, as this feature already exists... :D

    However, I know I have some packages that take a long time to complete but I am not getting notifications of this behaviour.

    Is there a way that I can see the current baseline of packages and their execution time?

    Hi egxis,

    We don't currently provide access to the baseline run length times for jobs.

    I've logged this as a feature request (SSR-1378) to be considered for a future release.
