compare not all tables in a db

Hi,

I've a got database with about 530 tables. Most of the tables are static and do not need a comparision. The comparision runs approximately 2h for all tables.

Is it possible to disabled the static tables for saving time?

    Hello,

    Yes--in the second screen of the wizard, you can choose the tables to be compared. Once you've made your selections for that database as to which tables will be compared, you can save the selections as a 'SQL Data Compare Project File'. Then, the next time you want to compare those tables, you can simply load the project rather than having to go through and pick out all of the tables again.
