Another crash from Version 3.2

I was originally profiling under VS 2005 and now have converted all my projects for VB 2008 (SP1). When I start to profile, I get an Unhandled Exception. Here's the exception info. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a licensed user of 3.2. I have tried using the 4.0 EAP and had the application profiling under version 4.0,396, but now profiling doesn't work with either 3.2 or 4.0. I'm sort of stuck.
