Using network shares

Hi,

Whilst I am able to access network shares using SQL Backup, it seems that other users are not. I type the machine name and expand the node to see the shares. If another user does the same they can't expand the node at all. They have full permissions on the share, full permissions on the directory and are sysadmins in SQL, as well as local admins on the server where the share resides.

How do I fix this please?

    Are you using SQL Server authentication or Windows integrated authentication?

    Windows authentication. I can access the network share \\machinename\sharename through Windows Explorer but if I try to just access \\machinename it doesn't work, and this is what the GUI seems to try to do.
