Hi Scott,

xplog70.dll is not part of MDAC or .net, it's part of Microsoft SQL
Server. I don't know why MDAC would be using a SQL Server component, but
MDAC must tie things together if the SQL server installation exists.

I'd recommend possibly re-running setup or service-packing the SQL
server.

    Hi Scott,

    For our part, we're also getting rid of the requirement for xplog70.dll. All that we do is use the xp_msver extended stored procedure to get the server version information. We're using a different command in the future to prevent this because it seems to happen so often!
