How can I exclude certain columns when synchronizing?
I want to sync a production table with certain tables from test tables.
Some columns of the test database are more up to date and some columns of the production database contain the latest data.
Also I guess the msrepl_tran_version column should be left untouched if I don't want to break mssql's replication mechanism.

If you look in the "tables and views" tab of the project configuration dialog, there's a column named "columns in comparison". If you edit this for your tables, and deselect certain columns, they won't be compared or altered.
