User Permission Error

When I try to synch my databases, a Red Gate dialog box pops up and states: User does not have permission to perform this action. Comparing is working fine and I'm owners of both the databases. I am synching from a sql server 2000 database to sql server 2005 database. Please help, thanks

    Hi James,

    Sorry I don't know why this happens for sure. Maybe it would help if you saved the SQL script from inside SQL Compare, then ran the script in Management Studio. When it fails, you will be able to easily locate the SQL statement that causes the error and figure out what permissions you need.
