Timeout Alerts

I have recently set up log shipping to a cpl of destination servers and using the Log Shipping monitor to keep an eye on things.
I have noticed i am receiving some errors like below:

Alert Code: ERR_SERVERCONNECTION

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding

Alert Code: ERR_SERVERPROPERTIES

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding

I know that these seem pretty obvious but i am trying to narrow down which of my servers is having a timeout as the error shows for all.

Is there a setting within the LSM or Redgate backup sofware for the timeout period?
