How do I prevent SDC 5 from adding comments to sql script?

Each night, our application uses the Red Gate API to create a syncronization SQL script which is then sent from the client site to our home office. We are using Red Gate SQL Data Compare v 5.

We are trying to minimize the file size of these SQL scripts for our clients so we would like to prevent the Red Gate program from adding any comments to the script. Is there a built-in way to do this in version 5 or 6? We are currently using version 5 but could upgrade to 6 if this feature has been added.
