I've bought Sql Prompt Bundle license and have the same problem mentioned by a lot of users about the disappearing wizard. May I ask you to send me a pm?

I believe the acronym pm was used to mean 'private message' by the developers working on the issue.
Could you let me know the version of SQL Refactor you are experiencing this problem with? The issue of the smart rename dialog disappearing should have been resolved in version 1.1. If you are on an earlier version you will be able to resolve this issue by installing the free maintenance upgrade to SQL Refactor (Help > Check for updates).
