Where can I download the MySQL Compare tool?

I have 2 MySQL databases, a develop DB and a production DB. Many columns have been added in development. I THINK we have a complete list, but I'd like to run a compare tool to see where we really are.
Where do I download the community edition of the MySQL compare tool? I need to run it from the Linux command line - there is no display on the system where I must run it.
