Latest SQL Source Control Installation Failing

I am unable to install the latest update of SQL Source Control. I was on 7.1.X, but when the update failed I uninstalled it manually (via Add-Remove Programs in Windows) and tried to reinstall. I believe its trying to uninstall version 4 which is failing, and not allowing the version 7.6 install to commence. I had version 4 installed about 4 years ago. It is no longer installed. The error I am getting is as follows:

OK yields

Cancel yields

How do I fix this?

The solution to this problem was to install the missing .msi file to the specified folder in the screenshot, then running the installation/upgrade again.
