Schedule daily data compares

After you set up a project in SQL data compare, can you schedule it to run daily and export the .csv daily. Or do you have to manually run and export it everyday?

The CLI for SQL Data Compare can be used for this however you would need a license with access to this. CLI functionality comes with SQL Data Compare professional and SQL Change Automation.
The CLI would allow you to run your project programmatically and then you can pass this through a scheduler to run each day.
Depending on the use case though you may need the automation license. If it is part of an automated build and or release process: i.e. synchronizing database schemas/Data.If you are just using it to sync data between 2 databases with identical schemas then you only need the SQL Data Compare professional license.
