    Thanks for your inquiry and sorry to hear about your issue with SQL Monitor.
    Can you confirm what version of SQL Monitor that you're using? It would be helpful to know as later version do have better logging for your particular issue.

    Please give the solutions for my requirement. My client asking again and again for purchasing this tool. Please give one session we plan to purchase and support the tool
