WHERE clause inactive

I often have the problem that the link which opens the editor for the WHERE clause is inactive. Is this a known issue?

Hi, thank you for your forum post.

What version of SQL Data Compare are you using?

When the WHERE clause is inactive, is it grey out or in a blue colour available for use?

The data sources that you are comparing, are you comparing two live databases or a scripts folder to a database or a backup file to a database?

    Many Thanks
    Eddie

  • Hello Eddie,
thank you for your reply. I run 14.3.3.16559 Professional.
The WHERE clause is grey and can't be clicked.
    I compare 2 live databases.
Today I already made a lot of comparisons and the issue did not appear. I work on the same databases, and I can't say what is different compared to yesterday when I was not able to select the WHERE clause.
    Thank you!
