LDAP Error during build in DevOps

We have several procedures and views that make LDAP queries to our Active Directory. When creating or altering these objects we have no errors. Same when executing or selecting from, but we can't get them to build using Change Automation because we get the following error:

'The requested operation could not be performed because OLE DB provider "ADSDSOObject" for linked server "ADSI" does not support the required transaction interface.' occurred when executing the following SQL

I've changed some of the involved servers Distributed Transaction Coordinator security levels to pretty much allow anything. The only solution we've been able to come up with is to just ignore these objects.

I can find plenty of articles on this error, but none around Change Automation. Has anyone else seen this or have any possible solutions?
