Cant connect to TFS source control from ssms v18.1

Hello
We have RedGate source control version 7.0.24. We are unable to connect to tfs server from ssms using source control with below error mesage:
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
We are using SSMS v18.1 to connect.
The TFS server does exist. We use git with tfs. We created this repository using VS 2015 using tfs integration with git.
Any help is appreciated.
