Run sqldatacompare on sql server as a job

What is needed to run sqldatacompare on sql server as a job?

I can run a batch like

sqldatacompare /pr:MSTest.sdc /sync

Does anyone run this type of batch process as a scheduled job?

We have about 10 SQL Toolbelt licenses assigned to individual developers/DBAs.

Do we need a different license to install SqlDataCompare on the server and run data sync jobs?
