Want to have automated deployment for oracle.

I have a dotnet core application having connected to Oracle database. I want to have automated build and release management for my application especially for database source control and continuous deployment. I am not using docker images etc. Can I achieve this on Azure Devops/VSTS using Redgate deployment suite for oracle. If yes, please suggest me some documentation and help.
