Tab History lost

I had version 9.5 installed and upgraded to version 10.  I then discovered that the intellisense for my SQL 2000 database was gone.  I primarily maintain this system so I uninstalled version 10 and re-installed version 9.4.  I recovered my snippets and intellisense is back, however I have two issues.  First a dialog box pops up every time I open SSMS from SQL Prompt <Unsupported database version 4>.  I click ok and SSMS opens and SQL Prompt is functional.  Second issue is Tab History does not appear in the redgate toolbar nor do open tabs appear when SSMS launches.  Tab History is set in options.
