Generate 0 until random row then generate 1 until the end

I need to generate the value 0 until a certain random row and then generate the value 1 until the end of table

There is not a default generator with in tool that will generate the data in the manner that you are seeking.
It maybe possible to use either a Regexp Generator or a Python Script that you create.
