Exclude Owners in SQLCompare

Is there a way to exclude Owners in SQLCompare? I want to compare and produce scripts and reports for one or two owners when comparing dev to prod databases.

You cannot exclude owners in SQL Compare as you need a way to match the correct objects to each other, but I think mapping the owners may be what you are looking for - see this page for more information on that.
If that is not what you need, please let me know and try to elaborate a bit more on what you are trying to accomplish!
