Review changes report in TFS

I've been following the Redgate University videos for SQL Change Automation and have a question about reviewing the changes report before they're deployed in my release definition. As per the manual review process you can see the html report if you navigate to that directory. For example:

By default it will be created on our on-prem TFS (2017.2) build server (that not everyone has access to). I can create a release task to email the zip file or upload it to the release using Write-host "##vso[task.uploadfile]<filename>"which will then make it available to download in the logs but, is there anyway to view the changes report more easily in the TFS release interface itself - either directly opening the report from the release or viewing the changes similar to how Ready Roll would show it?

Thanks.
