No SQL Monitor but WMI are OK

If I add the server to monitor using the administrator user, the operation is correct.
But when adding it with other credentials (not administrator) the connection is correct but the SQL Server server does not appear. It does not monitor the SQL Server metrics, however the WMI does. The user is sysadmin in SQL Server.

Now I edit the credentials and use the non-administrator user:
The problem I have with a server where we do not have access as administrator. We do not know what to do anymore.
