Feature Request: List Skipped References in Merge/Embed Candidates

When a dll is skipped (perhaps because it is a mixed managed/unmanaged code) in the list of Embedding/Merging candidates, it simply doesn't show. The developer has no easy way to detect that fact. 
Please consider showing a list of those dlls as disabled items. 
It would be even nicer if you also show why the dll was skipped.
