SQL Prompt menu not available in SSMS

Hello Team, 

I am trying to install , Red-gate Tool belt. but unsuccessfully.

I tried that doing with latest software file from the Site. when I click on Getting started ( it is taking me to web site with version 8.1)   Does this leave any log file with Specific Error.

Could you please help me ?


 FYI , we have corporate account.  But this hasn't asked for any Login details yet.

    Hi @hpanchal,

    To see the installer log file you can (left) click on the Redgate icon at the top left and choose "Open log file" to view and save the file elsewhere or just "Open temporary file folder" and copy the RedGate.Logfile.txt out.

    As you are supported, I have raised a ticket for this issue and will send a message shortly so you can send in the installer log file found above if you need further assistance.

    I also notice that the "Getting started" link takes me to v8 and I have raised this with the team as well.

        Please do keep me updated with the progress with Issue that you have raised.

        Currently , I cannot use Red gate Prompt.

    Main aim is to get SQL Prompt working.
    OS : Windows 7.0 Enterprise ( 64 bit)
    SSMS Version : 11.0.7001.0
