  The step templates have not been updated yet but that should happen soon.
  You're correct to notice that the problem is about the DLM Automation reference and you should be able to fix it if you change the value to that Name parameter to SqlChangeAutomation

  Any updates on this?
  This is a breaking change into the octopus deploy integration that basically blocked my ability to deploy to any of my environments after updating to SQL Change Automation. Sounds like the amount of effort to update the step templates is not that big and that would prevent me from recreating 60+ projects with a custom template based on the mitigation presented here.
  
  Would be good to plan this migrations properly next time!

  We have done the work and are in the process of releasing the fix to the Octopus Community step template library. You can track the progress here https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/Library/pull/700
