The table specified for targetTable is already present in the collection?

After registering databases I get this error on Creating comparison settings step:

The table specified for targetTable is already present in the collection. Parameter name: targetable.

I am evaluating this tool for our environment and cannot seem to get out of the gate er Red-Gate.

    FYI I am comparing a 10g to 11g migration. Verbose Logging shows NO errors that I can see.
