Example for full DLM process

I have SQLToolbelt and I want to prepare PoC for database release process. Do you have case study or example or tutorial for it?
For 3 env dev,test and prod.
Version control should be Git.

Redgate have provided this step by step guide - but it uses SVN instead of Git:
