SQL Compare 10: only update older objects

Good day,

I am trying to compare two databases A and B. there are changes that were applied to both these databases at different times.

In some cases database A has more recent stored procedures, tables etc than database B. in other cases, the opposite is true.

Is it possible to apply changes from database A to database B, without overwriting the objects that are newer in database B?

I am using SQL Compare 10

I don't think this is directly possible at the moment, unfortunately. However, in SQL Compare 12 we've added 'Last modified' dates to the object list in the comparison results, so it's a lot easier than before to see which objects have been modified more recently : https://documentation.red-gate.com/display/SC12/SQL+Compare+12.1+release+notes - I hope that's helpful, even though you'd still need to manually select the objects you want to deploy.
