Getting started with ReadyRoll refers to "ReadyRoll DBSync" that does not exist on my VS 2017 View menu. Is there something else that needs to be installed or has this moved somewhere else in VS menus?
Edit: Sorry about that - I missed the fact that you were looking in the View menu in VS. Are you using VS 2017 Community, Pro, or Enterprise?
For the "in the box" version of ReadyRoll in VS2017, the menu option has been renamed from "ReadyRoll DbSync" simply to "ReadyRoll" - we will update the documentation accordingly.

It should be in the View menu in Visual Studio - do you see it there?
