Sadly the answer is no, SQL Doc does not document SQL Agent Jobs.
I have added the details of this post, to an existing enhancement request, for SQL Doc to document SQL Agent Jobs. The reference for this request is SDOC-714. I cannot provide an estimate as to when you may see this feature (if approval is given) or details on what future version.
