Progress indicators missing

There is no progress indicator displayed when creating the DataCompare script for large changes, e.g. changes to 100,000+ records where it takes a couple of seconds or even minutes to generate the necessary script code. Dialog box only displays a "(not responding)" in its title.
And in the "Running deployment" progress bar you seem ton have room for only two lines of text on the top where you shows what changes are being made. I would expand the text area to display more text and to ensure that those text lines being displayed are actually not partially cut off. monitor is set ot a screen resolution of 1920x1200 at 96dpi and ClearType on.

I'll look into the deployment progress reporting as well and see if we can improve that.
