Use SQL Compare on remote machine

Hi. I would like to SQL Compare to help me with deploying database changes on machines that I can only access via RDP (Remote Desktop) over a VPN connection.
I guess I could install SQL Compare on the remote machine, but what about licencing? I want to only purchase a single user license. Also I don't want other people getting a free pass to use SQL Compare on that machine. Presumably I could install SQL Compare, do the deployment and then uninstall it but that seems a lot of work.
Is there an easier way? Have you experience of other users with this requirement? What would you recommend?
