How can increase the SQL Command Timeout for SQLDataCompare?

Hi everyone,

When we had tried to compare and sync 2 databases we have received the following error:

Error: Comparison of 'db1' and 'db2' failed: A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The specified network name is no longer available.)
Exit Code: 126.

It seems like there is a timeout issue.

Please let us know how we can increase the execution timeout for each SQL commands.
It seems like we do not need increase the connection timeout but we need to increase the command timeout.

Thank you,
Paul Stan

    Hi Paul

As per the support call you raised with us, Call reference #69901, the connection timeout can be extended but the SQL Command Timeout cannot be extended with SQL Data Compare. I will check with the Development Team to see if it possible to extend the SQL Command timeout.

    Many Thanks
